It is beyond comparison—beyond description; absolutely unparalleled throughout the wide world... Let this great wonder of nature remain as it now is. Do nothing to mar its grandeur, sublimity and loveliness. You cannot improve on it. But what you can do is to keep it for your children, your children's children, and all who come after you, as the one great sight which every American should see."
Yes you get it right, I am talking about The Grand Canyon National Park. I am always fascinated and thrilled by the thought of going on hiking, especially on early summer days, to this amazing park because it is the time of year where I enjoy such scenery and gaze upon its world-known wonders the most. I’ve always loved the idea of exploring its vast areas where I can marvel on its awesome vistas and beautiful structures located in various locations. One of my favorite parts is 'The South Rim' since its the perfect location to take memorable pictures and where I get the feeling of being on top of the world for its 7000 feet (2134 m) above sea level heights!
Another place where I love hiking on The Grand Canyon National Park is 'The North Rim'. It is located 8000 feet/ 2438 m above sea level, rises 1000 feet, and although its remote location is less accessible than the South Rim, that won't stop me from pursuing my plans on visiting these areas of the park because it would surely satisfy my feelings of being the born-adventure seeker.
Thanks to the technology available these days, I can even take a closer look into breathtaking scenery using my Binoculars!
